The H2O Control Transformer Breather Kit is described in the document Transformer Breather Installation.

These two pictures illustrate a liquid-tite flex tube configuration that Oshawa PUC (Ontario) put together for their transformers. They said that this configuration is a real time
saver when setting up.
This is a test that Barrie Hydro (Ontario) did with our Air Filter. They installed (December 8th, 2004) a H2O Control Air Filter in-line with a silica gel pack.
Keep in mind that H2O Control Air Filters are a replacement for silica. Barrie Hydro wanted to see how long it would take for the H2O Control Air Filter to fail
thus allowing moisture to pass through and affect the colour of the silica. As you can see by the photo the silica is not affected. Even after a year the silica
was still not affected. H2O Control Air Filters last a year to a year and a half maybe longer before you have to change them. These photos on the right demonstrate
the simple nature of the humidity indicators. When the indicator turns pink as the top photo shows, it’s time to change the filter. Indicators can be recharged by
placing them in an airtight bag with one of our desiccant packets. The indicators will turn blue again. They last about 5 years.
